Sales and Customer Service Service is at the heart of all we do at Sven Christiansen. Our constant challenge to ourselves is not merely to meet but to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Delivery and Installation We can deliver furniture to our dealer’s premises, deliver direct to site for dealer or third party installation, or undertake full delivery and installation of furniture ourselves.
Bespoke Office Furniture and Specials Service We offer in excess of 2.5 million possible items of office furniture – but we appreciate that there are still occasions where, for example, only a variation on a standard desk or an entirely bespoke conference table or reception counter will meet your needs. We have a dedicated “specials” department that provides a comprehensive service to design and manufacture custom items of office furniture.
Manufacturing We are true manufacturers of office furniture rather than sub-assemblers. We hand select, stitch and lay our own veneers, cut and finish all our panels and have our own metalwork fabrication and upholstery facilties.
Office Furniture Showrooms We have dedicated showrooms for our office furniture located in London, Guildford (Surrey) and Kingswinford (West Midlands). In addition many of our dealers have our desks, table storage, seating and office screens on display in their own office furniture showrooms throughout the UK.
Marketing Support We create our marketing material in-house, designing our own literature and rendering our own computer-generated images. We even have a photographic studio in our factory. As a consequence we are able (and very willing) to provide our office furniture dealers with every assistance in the provision of publicity material, design and marketing support.
Office design / Space Planning We have a skilled and experienced team of designers who can provide high quality office plans in both 2D and 3D.
Image Rendering Service We have leading edge image rendering capabilities in-house, and can provide photo-realistic images of any proposed office design.
